Good day to Everyone!
This is my 2nd post of the day but I wanted anyone who comes across my blog to know that I have tried to make it a little easier by labeling my posts. I am still learning - even tho it has been more than a year - and there are still things I want 2 do - like add 2 my blogroll. If you would like me 2 check out your site please leave a comment. I have about 10 different categories and some of these could be put in two or three but I am trying 2 keep it simple. For example if you like my poetry you can click on the label link at the bottom of any of the poems you come across -(that were written by me) and it will take you to all of them. If you like trivia, memes, videos, etc you can do the same thing. I have some music videos and some fun videos but I have combined them all into that one category.
My New Year's Resolution is this: To work out at a minimum of 5 days a week. I will take off Thursdays and occasionally on Mondays. So mostly I am going 2 work out 6 days a week but the goal is a minimum of 5. 3 days of cardio and 3 days of strength training. I will give up the strength training when I only do 5 days. Hopefully it won't take long 4 me 2 c an improvement in my body and my over all health. I still want 2 stay off the sodas - I don't miss them all that much and I surely don't want 2 get into my Mountain Dew habit again. Smoking is a different story - I am wavering on that little one. I haven't had a cigarette all year and I had my last chew on the 24th or 25th of January. I don't plan on chewing again and I at least want 2 wait until the 25th so I can say I have been an entire year w/o tobacco of any kind. But I also think that smoking will give me something 2 do when I am bored and feel like snacking. Of course I can always try 2 grab a couple of fruit each morning and they b what I snack on. Last but definitely not least is I want 2 read the entire Bible in the coming year. I want to do morning and evening readings. I met a woman on a plane a long time ago who had a Bible that you could read passages by dates - it was already set up 2 b read in a year's time. I thought that was great. I want to be a better person, I want to like who I am and I want to be who God wants me to be and created me to be. Reading the Bible is just a small step in this direction.
I want to wish you all A Blessed New Year and may God give you all that you need and desire!
